A simple, threaded discussion board is something I have wanted to find for a long time. Thanks to Scott McLeod at Dangerously Irrelevant who pointed me here to Lefora.  Super easy to create ... nice interface...can set for guest post...Media Editor allows uploads...was able to Import all of my blogposts into Headlines...HMMMM  LOTS of potential...
Your thoughts?

There are ads though...wondering how you all feel about this OR does it not matter?
Also wondering if this message board is threaded

Not sure I like that the post and responses are separated by ads...that is my first opinion

Looks like you can reply to each response which is nice...can ads be removed

Trying to reply to comment 1...I want to see if if goes underneath

I was just talking with a teacher about a way to do this last period! This looks like a pretty cool tool and ITS NOT BLOCKED! Wiki discussions are spreading like wildfire here, but as the threads grow long, it is difficult to refer to earlier posts. This is great.

I am not seeing the ads that others are commenting on.

OK..now I see the ads...our filter is blocking them, so it isn't really an issue. It would be great to be able to turn them off though.

Not blocked for me either! I haven't seen ads yet, and I bet they'll be blocked by our ad filter too. I do wish the replies were nested.

Nested replies would be helpful, but the fact that you can upload files is nice!

Do you get notified when there are new replies? or do you have to check back?

Hi just checking this out.. very cool, but not nested?? Hrm...
I'm thinking about a need for this with my teachers because we use the Moodle and Ning is making a start in my building too...

If I reply to Michelle's reply, does it not nest? Hmm

But, if I go ahead and quote, that looks more like a regular discussion board (albeit more polite!)
